Nobody is looking at the whole airport.

An airport is not one organisation. It is an airline, a ground handler, a fueller, a security operation, air traffic control and the operator itself, each running its own systems. The result is a fragmented, reactive operation where the delay is understood after it has happened.

At the heart of TAM is one operational record. Every person, flight and asset is stored once and used everywhere, with the source of each fact recorded explicitly. No duplicate entry, no stale information, and no argument about whose number is right.

Why now

Part of this is already law, and the deadline is close.

Total Airport Management is not a category we invented. A joint DLR and EUROCONTROL project report set out an initial operational concept and an airport operations centre architecture in 2006, and later European research developed and validated parts of that direction.

Regulation (EU) 2021/116

Names 28 EU airports directly. A 2026 bilateral adaptation adds two Swiss airports outside that list.

The deadline ahead, for extended services and for integrating the airport plan with the network plan.

The law mandates the next step. It does not buy the full vision.

We will say this plainly, because you will work it out anyway. Nobody delivers complete Total Airport Management by the end of 2027, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. The 2027 obligation is the customer's forcing function, not our full product deadline. What we can do is help an operator build the governed data, integration, visibility and planning foundation that the next step requires, and do it without locking them into a point solution that goes nowhere afterwards.

The pathway

Ambition first. Then the honest route to it.

The full ambition is one operating platform across airport operations. This is the order we get there, and what has to be true before each step earns the next one.

1 Now

Agree the operational data model, the data rights, the security boundary and the co-development scope with a design partner.

2 First platform step

Build the canonical operational view: event provenance, identity, explicit source authority, and a narrow set of real inbound connectors.

3 Mandate aligned step

Add the connector plane and the visibility and planning services that map to Airport Operations Plan and operations centre workflows.

4 After 2027

Add controlled actions and operational modules, in a sequence set by customer value and safety risk.

Straight answers

What we do not claim.

That the whole Total Airport Management market is mandated. It is not. A defined subset is.
That the category is empty. It is contested, and a major incumbent already sells into it.
That we can complete Total Airport Management by 2027. We cannot, and neither can anyone else.
That any compliance regime is satisfied today. We build to the industry's regulatory requirements and we have delivered under them before. That is experience, not a certificate.
Co-development

We are looking for two airports, not two customers.

TAM is in MVP. The partner's voice shapes what general availability looks like, which means roadmap influence, partner grade commercials, a named sponsor and a ninety day exploration with a clean go or no go at the end.

A small airport that runs everything in house

It proves the complete operational picture in its simplest form, where one organisation can see the whole loop.

A major airport with many providers and many silos

It proves the coordination problem at full difficulty. Solve both and the product generalises across the industry.

TAM runs on Kaidera.

Everything TAM does with AI inherits the platform underneath it: work classified by impact, high impact actions held for a named human, and a receipt for every action showing what happened, who approved it and why. In an airport, that is not a nice to have. It is the only way the decision survives review.
