Adaptech AI Ltd · two brands, one aviation market

AI for Aviation.

Kaidera is the enterprise AI platform. Total Airport Management is the airport running on it.

Who we are

Regulated industries cannot adopt AI the way everyone else does.

They have to be able to prove what happened. We know that because we have worked inside one. Our founder led the cloud transformation of a European air traffic management estate, created the strategy and delivered it through the Journey to Cloud programme, and secured regulatory approval for a mission critical aviation platform hosted in public cloud.

Kaidera is the platform we built for that problem. Total Airport Management is what we built on top of it, to prove the platform can carry a real operational product and not just a demonstration.

How we build

Governance is a runtime property, not a policy document.

A buyer in a regulated estate discounts vendor claims heavily and discounts practitioner claims very little. These four things are what we actually ship.

Evidence based delivery

Every action leaves a receipt: what happened, who approved it, and why. Governance is something the software does at runtime, not a policy document filed away.

Regulated by construction

Built for estates where safe to deploy is the only bar that counts. Approval gates, risk classification, single sign on, role based access, and policies an AI worker cannot override.

Adaptation flexibility

Model agnostic by design. The operating layer survives a change of model, so the choice you make today does not become the constraint you carry for years.

Enterprise delivery

Onboarding, support, and a clear path from pilot to contract. We work alongside your team so the capability stays with you.
Why now

European airports have a dated obligation, and it is close.

Total Airport Management is not a category we invented. It has twenty years of institutional development behind it, and part of it is now law.

28 EU airports named directly by Regulation (EU) 2021/116
2023 Deadline for initial Airport Operations Plan services
2027 Deadline for extended services and network integration

We are honest about what that means. The law mandates the next step, and it does not buy our full vision. Nobody delivers complete Total Airport Management by the end of 2027, and we do not claim we will. What we can do is help an operator build the governed data, integration and planning foundation the next step requires, without locking them into a dead end.

No sales pitch. No pressure. An honest conversation about your operation.

Tell us what you are accountable for, and we will tell you whether we can help. If AI is not the answer, we will say so.
